Terms of Service

The service

LiveQ is a real-time AI assistant that listens to your conversation, can read screen context you capture, and suggests responses through a desktop overlay on macOS and Windows. Output is generated by large language models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. You are responsible for anything you choose to say or submit based on it.

Accounts

• •You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• •You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• •Accounts are for a single person. Do not share, resell or transfer access.
• •You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Subscriptions, credits and billing

• •A free tier is available. The Pro plan is $29.99 per month and includes a monthly credit allowance.
• •Usage is metered in credits. When your balance reaches zero, assistance pauses until credits refresh or you purchase more.
• •Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• •You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• •Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Prices may change with advance notice.

Refunds

If the service does not work as described, contact [email protected] and we will review the situation. Refunds are handled case by case, and we generally do not refund credits already consumed.

Acceptable use

LiveQ is designed to stay hidden from screen-sharing software. That capability carries obligations, and you accept them by using the product.

• •You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including recording, wiretapping and two-party consent laws in your jurisdiction and that of anyone you speak with.
• •You are responsible for complying with the rules of any exam, certification, assessment or employer whose process you use the software during. Many prohibit outside assistance.
• •Do not use the service to break the law, harass anyone, infringe intellectual property, or generate unlawful content.
• •Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or circumvent usage limits or access controls.
• •Do not upload content you lack the rights to, or that contains other people's personal data without a lawful basis.

Your content

You keep ownership of the documents you upload and the content of your sessions. You grant us the limited licence needed to process that content in order to operate the service — transcribing it, sending it to model providers, and storing it against your account. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not use it to train third-party foundation models.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running, but it is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and we perform maintenance that can cause downtime. Unless we have a separate written agreement with you, we do not offer an uptime guarantee.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated output is accurate or appropriate for your situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeetMock LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities or lost data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law. On termination your right to use the software ends; data handling then follows our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the law change. Material changes will be communicated in the application or by email, and the effective date above updated. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
